Through the use of light, textures, and the models’ poses, she creates spontaneous and refined images with a decidedly contemporary style.

For our collaboration, she conceived a photo shoot featuring a unique feminine silhouette against several iconic Parisian backdrops, from the banks of the Seine to Parisian café terraces, and from art galleries to colorful, intimate settings. Through an aesthetic that is both editorial and spontaneous, she captures a distinctly Parisian style, blending elegance, casualness, and modernity. Her work with light, framing, and composition gives rise to vivid, cinematic images that subtly celebrate contemporary Parisian chic.

Although she was initially interested in still life, Laurie Bartley ultimately made her mark in the fashion world. Her eye for detail and light led her to develop new lighting techniques, enabling her to create bright and colorful worlds. Her work has been published in prestigious magazines such as Vogue and Numéro, and has been exhibited at the V&A Museum in London as well as the International Center of Photography in New York. In her series created for LAPS, Laurie offers a dynamic and vibrant vision of the brand, inviting us on a journey through the landscapes of Senegal.
