LAPS ships worldwide to most of the countries. Please do not hesitate to contact our team if your country is not available in the delivery zones.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times with Colissimo:
- France: 48-72 hours
- EU: 3 to 10 days
- International: 3 to 15 days

In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, Section "5. Prices and Taxes":
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import charges, or other government taxes may be required by local authorities. These costs remain the sole responsibility of the Customer, who is exclusively responsible for:
- the payment of any duties, taxes, or charges applicable in the destination country.

In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, Section "9. Right of Withdrawal and Returns":
- You have a period of 14 days from the physical receipt of the order to submit your request for an exchange or refund.
- Products must be returned no later than fourteen (14) days following the communication of the withdrawal decision.
- To be eligible for an exchange or refund, products must be new, unworn, unused, complete, accompanied by any accessories, and returned in their original packaging.
- Any product returned incomplete, damaged, worn, used, soiled or deteriorated will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.

Any returns procedure must be confirmed in advance by our team.
1. Contact us at contact@laps.fr to submit your withdrawal request.
Email subject: LAPS — order withdrawal
2. Our team will validate your return or exchange request with you via email.
3. Once validated, please return the product to the following address:

4. We will keep you informed by email of the receipt of the parcel and the start of the product compliance assessment for the refund or exchange.
5. In the case of an exchange: A credit note for the value of the exchanged product(s) will be issued in the form of a code valid on www.laps.fr
6. In the case of a refund: The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned products, via the same payment method used at the time of the order (unless otherwise expressly agreed between the parties).
Packaging Recommendations
Packaging Recommendations
To ensure your LAPS watch is well protected during return shipping, the following are required:
- Return it in its original case in accordance with the returns policy.
- Use padding to protect the case and prevent it from moving inside the parcel.
- Seal the parcel so that it cannot accidentally open during transit.
Upon receipt of the parcel by our team, should the above packaging recommendations not have been followed, LAPS reserves the right to render the watch ineligible for the right of withdrawal or exchange if the new condition of the watch has been compromised.
In the event of loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and initiate the necessary steps for any claim.
