Replace your watch's movement - How it works: :

1. Repair Request: You order this product and receive a voucher to send us the watch within hours.

2. Shipping Your Watch: Carefully package your watch and send it back using the provided return voucher.

3. Repair: Once we receive your watch, our customer service team will perform the movement replacement.

4. Return: Your watch will then be sent back to your address, looking like new.

Please note that our repair services are exclusively reserved for France and the European Union.

LAPS provides a commercial warranty covering manufacturing and material defects under normal use of the product. Please refer to the general terms and conditions for further details.
