Complete Repair Package - How It Works:

1. Repair Request: You order this product and receive a return label to send us your watch within hours.

2. Shipping Your Watch: Carefully pack your watch and send it using the provided return label.

3. Repair: Once we receive your watch, our customer service team will replace the glass and movement.

4. Return: Your watch will then be sent back to your address, looking brand new.

Please note that our glass repair services are exclusively reserved for France and the European Union.

LAPS provides a commercial warranty covering manufacturing and material defects under normal use of the product. Please refer to the general terms and conditions for further details.
