All repairs are carried out in our Paris workshops. 

Attention: This repair service is available at this price only for European Union ; please visit the France page if you are a French resident.

Glass replacement - How it works :

1. Repair Request: You order this product and receive a voucher to send us your watch within hours.

2. Shipping Your Watch: Carefully package your watch and send it back using the provided return voucher.

3. Repair: Once we receive your watch, our customer service team will perform the glass replacement.

4. Return: Your watch will then be returned to your address, looking like new.

Please note that our repair services are exclusively reserved for France and the European Union.

LAPS provides a commercial warranty covering manufacturing and material defects under normal use of the product. Please refer to the general terms and conditions for further details.
